John Maryland 3 Enterprise offers photo and video consultation services to help clients plan their photography and videography projects. This service includes a consultation with a professional photographer or videographer who will work with you to understand your goals and vision for your project. They can provide advice on locations, lighting, props, and other elements to ensure that you get the best possible photos or video. They can also provide guidance on wardrobe, makeup, and other aspects of your project. At the end of the consultation, you will have a clear plan for your project and a better understanding of how to achieve your vision. This service is ideal for clients who are planning a special event, such as a wedding or a corporate function, or for those who want to create high-quality photos or video content for their business or personal use.
Cancellation Policy
To reserve your dog's photo session, full payment is required at the time of booking. Because each reservation blocks a limited time slot that cannot be offered to another client, all payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, we will gladly allow you to reschedule your session for a future available date with advance notice. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time whenever possible. One complimentary reschedule is permitted. Rescheduled sessions must be used within 90 days of the original booking date. No-Shows Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their session fee and may not be eligible for rescheduling. Weather & Studio Changes In the event of severe weather, emergency situations, or circumstances beyond our control, Key Light Video & Photography Studio reserves the right to reschedule the event. Your payment will be transferred to the new date.
